Competition Terms and Conditions

1.  All participants must be 18 years or older to enter this competition.
2.  All participants must be an Australian resident.
3.  Winner has a choice of one prize and may choose the bottle of whiskey specified or the wireless Bluetooth speaker. 
4.  All entries must be completed and submitted by the specified deadline.
5.  All entries must be completed at the 2023 Tassie Build Expo
6.  Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed, but only one entry will be eligible for the prize.
7.  The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
8.  All entries must be submitted in English and must meet the judging criteria.
9.  Any entry that is found to have falsified information will be disqualified and the prize will be redrawn.
10.  The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
11.  The winner of the competition will be announced within 30 days of the competition's closing date.
12.  The winner agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional and other purposes, without any additional compensation.
13.  By entering the competition, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
